Please contact us with any questions, comments or concerns about orders or ordering by emailing us at service@okkies.com. We will respond as soon as possible. Our business hours are 9am-5pm Pacific, Monday - Friday.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of stock merchandise will result in full refund to the credit card account.

Sale and Discounted Merchandise
All on-sale and discounted merchandise purchases are considered final. Sorry, no refunds, exchanges or credits issued. All previous purchases are not eligible to receive current sale or discounted prices or offers.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn?t right, please let us know. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. After the 21 days, non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchanges or store credit only.

All sales are considered final after 30 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns or exchanges after this time. If accepted, a $10 per-item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We recommend you return your product using a service that can be tracked and insured, such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Only unwashed, unworn, and damage free merchandise may be returned. Okkies reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged or soiled. If you are returning merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. We do not charge for re-shipping if you would like to make an exchange for another product. Exchanges are shipped free of charge for one exchange per order, via UPS ground. Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product, to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return, you will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has shipped, or when the refund has been issued for your return.

Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event the wrong merchandise is shipped, or in the rare event of a factory defect, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item(s).
