Order Verification
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Please be aware that credit card issues such as a declined credit card or invalid billing address information will delay processing and shipment of your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors that may appear on our website.

Shipping within the US
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Most items will ship within three business days (M-F), unless the product is noted as 'back ordered'. Express Delivery orders are given first priority.

We offer several transit time options for shipping your order. All orders are shipped via UPS. You may select Standard Ground, 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air shipping. Transit time depends on your location and the method of shipping selected. Only business days are counted in transit time.

We are on the West Coast, so UPS Standard Ground shipments may take 5-7 business days from date of shipment to arrive (holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time). If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend you choose either our UPS 3-Day Select (2-3 business days) or 2nd Day Air (1-2 business days) shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

We do not offer UPS 3-Day Select shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. There may be some limitations for UPS 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to military addresses, (APO, AFO, etc)at this time. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes.

If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.

Shipping to Canada
We ship UPS Ground Service directly to your door. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. Duty and taxes will be included in your order total. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of Duty, PST and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer 2nd Day Air delivery to Canada, but we can send your package via UPS Rush (2-3 business days) for an extra charge. Please contact us directly.

For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty, PST and GST where applicable. If upon arrival of your package in your country, you are contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government, please note that we have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.

International Shipments
Shipments outside the US usually ship from our warehouse 2-4 business days after order is placed and usually arrive within 12-15 days from date of shipment. This includes all orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

International orders may only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company.

For international shipments, customs requires us to list the contents of the package and provide the price you paid for the merchandise. If upon arrival of your package in your country, you are contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government, please note that we have no control over these charges and receive no portion of them. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" may be charged by the shipping company.
